My name is Astor King, a Themed Entertainment Designer specializing in narrative development through concept art, CAD renderings, and utilizing the Design Thinking methodology to deliver an impactful experience for guests.
I am currently in my senior year for a BFA in Entertainment Design at Ringling College of Art and Design. As a versatile creative, I can find joy in any project. Collaboration is the heart of Entertainment Design, and I highly value creating meaningful connections and friendships beyond networking.
Growing up in the city of Columbus, Ohio, I spent most of my time in immersive environments such as museums, zoos, and festivals. These experiences shaped who I am as an artist, and inspire my mission to create spaces that cultivate joy and curiosity. I believe creating spaces for everyone is truly valuable to cultivate empathy between all walks of life.
My goal as a designer, storyteller, and creative is to bring joy and life into the world, tell stories, and foster life-long memories.
